Scope of our appointment
Prolaty held the property management appointment for NHIF Mbeya Tower on behalf of National Health Insurance Fund (NHIF). Our team ran the building day to day — letting and tenant relations, rent collection and accounting, service-charge administration, and planned and reactive maintenance — reporting to the owner throughout.
