Scope of our appointment
Prolaty held the property management appointment for MNF Nyerere Square on behalf of Mwalimu Nyerere Foundation. Our team ran the building day to day — letting and tenant relations, rent collection and accounting, service-charge administration, and planned and reactive maintenance — reporting to the owner throughout.
