Eward Athanas Millinga is a Fully Registered Valuer with the Valuers Registration Board (VRB). He holds an MSc in Real Estate and Property Management from the University of Salford and a BSc in Land Management and Valuation from the University of Dar es Salaam. His expertise includes residential, commercial and industrial property valuation, land subdivision, and high-end residential property.
