Scope of our appointment
Prolaty holds the property management appointment for PSSSF Millennium Towers Phase II on behalf of PSSSF. Our team runs the building day to day — letting and tenant relations, rent collection and accounting, service-charge administration, and planned and reactive maintenance — reporting to the owner throughout.
